your booth by offering limited time special offers on your products, services or seminars.

Scrolling Message - A scrolling message
welcoming Attendees to your booth or informing visitors of your products, services or
promotions.

Email Exhibitor - Visitors can easily
send emails to you no special software (POP/SMTP server mail-client) is required.
|
|
Business Card Drop - Allows Visitors to
drop their business card information at your booth.
|
|
Bulletin Board - Allows Visitors to
post notes about your booth in a publicly viewable area as well as read remarks left by
others. All messages are threaded.

Request for
Literature - Visitors can either
download information in Adobe postscript (.pdf), Word (.doc), Excel (.xls) format and many
other popular formats or request printed copies of particular information be mailed to
them. When the Visitor requests it, your literature will be automatically faxed directly
to the Visitors fax number. The Literature Request Report will identify the name and
address of the Visitors who have requested literature be mailed to them. You are
responsible for order fulfillment. Our fax-back service is only available to the US and
Canada calling areas.

Instant Messenger - In "Instant
Messaging"-style, each booth has its own one-on-one text messaging service. Booth
Operators can communicate with booth visitors on a one-to-one basis. A training manual on
the operation of the Instant Messenger software is available for each Operator. Each
Operator can be concurrently communicating with up to three Attendees. There is no special
software required for you or your Attendees. As the Exhibitor, sign on to your booth as an
Operator and your PC will ring a bell when an Attendee requests a session with you. The
Operators PC should have speakers and a sound card for this feature.

Phone Me - This feature
initiates an instant phone call from you to your Visitor at their request. Simply post the
hours your virtual-booth staff will be available for contact. At the Visitors
request, our service will first call you and then call the visitor. To the Attendee it
appears as if you are calling them back as soon as a request is made.

Video Streaming
(presentations) - Product demos and
other promotional videos can be streamed from the booth or the keynote speeches through a
real video stream. You can link to existing videos located on your Web servers, or upload
Real Video files for streaming from iTradeFair.com servers.

Audio Greeting - You can record a
customized Welcome greeting and upload it through our Booth Builder Software. This message
can be an introduction to what your company does and what you have to offer at your
virtual booth. The audio greeting is delivered in Real Audio format at the press of a
button.

Goodies (Free
Gift) - You can offer free
gifts throughout the show to attract Visitors and promote interaction with them. Visitors
can request a free gift by clicking a button. You are responsible for running your Free
Gift Reports and fulfilling the requests.

Lucky Draws - You can run Lucky
Draws throughout the show to attract Visitors and promote interaction with them. Visitors
enter in your lucky draw by clicking a button. You conduct your lucky draw by running your
lucky draw report and randomly selecting the winner.

Pickup Business
Cards - Visitors can pick up
the business cards of the virtual-booth staff or any employee of your company whom you
have listed, by clicking on the pickup card button. The business cards can be downloaded
by your Visitors directly into their selected contact manager such as Outlook Express and
Netscapes Address Book (any contact manager supporting the standard ".vcf"
