There is only one reason for participating in your
industry’s trade shows...leads and contacts. In a virtual show powered by
iTradeFair.com, all Exhibitors can receive Attendee leads in real-time. A
generic Attendee report (similar to traditional show Attendee lists) containing
every Attendee that registers in the virtual show is available to all Exhibitors
through the event Producer.
Each Exhibitor is able to access detailed traffic
reports outlining all registered Attendees that visit the virtual booth. For
easy customer database administration, all reports are available for electronic
download in .csv format. Point your browser to the "Exhibitors Only" web page,
sign on and run any or all your reports. No special software is required. For
obvious security purposes, all reports are under controlled access. Your booth
identification and password are required for access.

Business Card Drop Report - Never misplace a business card again. Receive a report
on all Attendees that drop off their digital business card at your booth. The
report includes all Attendee’s Names, Titles, and relevant contact information
that visited your virtual booth

Information Requested Report - A complete report of
Attendee’s who requested additional information. Attendees may have requested more
information on any of your products and services, your company in general, or employment
opportunities.

Lucky Draw Report - Continue to promote a

like to win your exciting prize(s).

Goodies Report - No longer will
Attendees that stop by your booth only for the free promotional giveaways be able to walk
away without providing their contact information. Thanks to our Goodies Report, you will
always retain the information of registered Attendees for further follow-up.

Booth Footprints
Report - Receive a
comprehensive report on all registered Attendees that stop by your virtual booth. Validate
each lead (Attendee) by reviewing what areas of your booth they accessed. From downloading
a corporate press release to clicking the hot link to your corporate web site, the Booth
Footprints Report provides you insight into what is of interest to each specific visitor.

Download Reports - All reports can be
downloaded in .csv (Comma Separated Values) format. This format can be easily integrated
into your customer management system or can simply be opened in a spreadsheet. Run mail
merges to send Thank You notes to your booth Attendees even before the event is
over!
